  • ✔️ Payments and deliveries are arranged outside the platform between buyer and vendor.
  • ✔️ We are not responsible for product quality, vendor performance, or disputes.

3. Buyers' Responsibilities

  • 🛒 Verify vendor details, pricing, and terms before completing a transaction.
  • 🤝 Resolve disputes directly with vendors regarding payment, delivery, or quality.
  • 🚨 Report suspected fraud or prohibited activity to us immediately.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

  • 📦 Provide accurate and truthful product and business information.
  • ⚖️ Comply with all applicable consumer protection and business laws.
  • 💬 Handle fulfillment, refunds, warranties, and customer service directly with buyers.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from transactions between buyers and vendors. Our role is limited to providing the platform.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of your jurisdiction.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Own A Shop means you accept the updated Terms.
